Steve Katsos 3rd Anniversary Show

On Thursday, May 31, 2012 I appeared on the Blue Carpet at the Regent Theater for the 3rd Anniversary Spectacular celebrating The Steve Katsos Show. I was truly honored to be invited. The night was for a great cause THE JIMMY FUND!

Thank you to Steve Katsos, you were my first interview back in 2011, since then you have eased my fear of TV. My first interview with Steve Katsos was on August 2, 2011 and yes I was a nervous wreck. Nervously entering the studio wondering how will I sound a thick New York accent in a New England State, they will abuse me. Well, I was welcomed into the studio by Steve's producer, Hope Orfanos as well as the other staff. They are a great bunch of volunteers that take pride in their work. I also had some moral support from Hope's brother, Arthur Orfanos.  I was announced to the set, walking through the black curtain, hoping not to trip on my walk out. As the interview began I nervously giggled a hello with a wiggle of my hands not knowing what to do with them as I didn't want to speak with a thick New York accent and talk with my hands like a true Italian. As the interview progressed I felt better, no longer trying to control my accent; this was me!  All and all it went well, my nerves subsided. Steve made me feel comfortable & confident! He is a true class act!  He believes in you as you sit there with him. Many thanks again to Steve, Hope and the entire Steve Katsos Show staff!

As you say, "Follow Your Dreams"! Congratulations on your success & welcome to NYC!
